anyone ever purchase soft copy of magazine? Its my 1st time buying What HiFi magazine and i paid for 1 year subscription. I tried to click on May2014 issue to buy but then it doesn't start to download. can anyone help? Pardon as its my 1st time buying this. by 1year subscription, does it mean that we can click 12 times on any month issues?

When you subscribe to 1 year, it starts with the latest issue only. If you want the previous issue i.e. April, Mac so on so forth then you have to buy it.

If you said you already subscribe for 1 year, just refresh your entitlement within the app. The button where it usually display the price will change to something like read or download.

The subscription icon with the price tag still remains there even after the purchase. i really have no clue what to do next. will it be automatically appear in the new stands What Hifi App? or do i have to click? i m totally clueless now. there isn't any download icon. all are price and when i click it change to buy and when i confirm this purchase again, it says i already has it and ask me want to redownload, but nothing happens even i click redownload.

Try find "Restore purchase" or something like that in the magazine setting. It will refresh your entitlement.

i did that but its still the same. and i was being charged for another 2 issues that i clicked on May14 and Jun14 issues. damn.

I subscribed to few. Try to close the app and restart.

Certain magazine might requires u to sign up or smtg.

No notification email?

Yaloh. I subscribe to GQ and Entertainment weekly on newstand and itunes will send you mail saying you have subscribed and when every month my issue is charged they will send me e mail 2 weeks in advance. Very easy and cancelation is easy too.
