bought a freaking powercase for my 5s! a freaking powercase! turns out to be a faulty one. the thing wont charge my phone and led indicator showed the same level even after days of charge. ask for a refund. they asked me to snap video to show how its being broken. freaking recorded the video their email server couldnt even receive email more than 10mb -.-. then asked me to send picture. then i sent picture already. they ask me to pack that thing as how i received it. man this is taking alot of process. if they are asking me to do some more shit or wtv im just gonna ask for a freaking refund. this is my first time shopping with them and would be my last. calling their customer service? goodluck with that! waited for almost thirty minutes no one is answering.
IPMart BAD Experience, i dont recomended them anymore
