IPMart BAD Experience, i dont recomended them anymore

Had a bad experience too!
Ordered a motherboard on 10th June, wait 4 working days and then use the customer support email function and ask them, they just give general answer like 'will expedite' order while I'm asking ETA.
Few more message exchange and they tell me they expecting item from supplier.
However on 3rd July they message me telling the item is OUT OF STOCK and ask me to pick other items or refund....
Wasted 1 month waiting for something that was never really there... Even up till today the motherboard still available to purchase! Wondering is this their trick to get cash flow? Making empty promise, getting prepayment from victims, use the cash to get stock, then refund when they have surplus?
Anyway already made an enquiry via e-tribunal and see anything I can do for my consumer rights! Bad experience!

[Update]
After 1 month+ I decided to write a bad review on their facebook and received a swift reply from the page admin asking me to email them for refund.
So I proceed to send email to them and they replied me by today that they had completed the refund today (so they actually can do it within a day if we complaint?) and ask me to check the refund tomorrow. I think they just changed management because the refund is done by another company.
Anyway wasting me 1 months of time, misleading customer, and they want to settle for a simple direct refund? Hell NO! Paid RM5 and filed a complaint against this bad company via e-tribunal.
Strongly suggest whoever were bullied by this company, file a complaint against them. Even though you might not get compensated and they might not give a shit, but the more complaint they will definitely feel the pain and do something to improve.

https://ttpm.kpdnkk.gov.my/portal/index.php/en/I saw on the other post someone mentioned can go here complaint so I went and paid RM5 to file a report, not sure how effective but at least I wanted to do something to voice out my disappointment!

Today try to login my ipmart account and DANG!
My account was blocked??!! Tried reset password and login same message. I will fight till the end with this gang of bullies!
Everyone who had bad experience with them please spread the news! Make them famous for how they treat their customer!
