I never had issue with them when I order a set of active studio speakers which went out of stock and I manage to get my refund back in 18 days as they promised.
Dealing with them seems really straight forward as long no threat or aggressive approach to them else they put on hold your case.
IPMart is just a front end to all other retails. They get stocks from the retails and do the customer service and shipping. So if stock delayed, thats definitely the merchant side where IPMart can only do is to chase the merchant for restock.
IPMart BAD Experience, i dont recomended them anymore
