IPMART, one of the SUCKIEST/LOUSIEST online shop EVER!
On 28th Nov, ordered 3 earphones, only to be told that they have no stock (after payment)
Then, they promised to refund it to my bank account (not credit into Ipmart account)..
10 working days later, no news whatsoever. Went and check on my account and it turns out that the credited into my ipmart account.
So since my credit is stuck in ipmart, i decided to give it another try, this time ordering only 1 earphone.
Received a call this morning, saying that they don't have stock.
COME ON, IF NO STOCK THEN PLEASE DO NOT PUT IT UP IN YOUR SHOP! REMOVE OR PUT A REMARK THAT IT IS OUT OF STOCK!!!
THIS IS AKIN TO LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS INTO GIVING YOU MONEY FOR NOTHING!!
Same dude called me again, and then i specifically told him i want a refund INTO my bank account, not credit into my ipmart account
let's see how this goes.
NEVER AGAIN AM I ORDERING FROM IPMART..!!
IPMart BAD Experience, i dont recomended them anymore
