Agreed. Placed an order for a motherboard 1 month ago. Paid them, transaction went through. And yet up-till-date, my delivery status is still at pending status.
Sent them a couple of emails to remind them, yet everytime their reply is the same, saying "We are still in the midst of processing your order. We are waiting for the supplier to allocate the items to our side. We are sorry as there is delay during the allocation from the supplier side. We will expedite the order as soon as possible", it's like talking to an answering machine, there is no sincerity or concern involved. And it's only 1 item involved. If the supplier allocate the item 1 year later, am i supposed to wait for 1 year or maybe longer???
The company as a business should chase after the supplier, not we as the customers chase after them.
Do Not Buy from IPMART** Extremely disappointed, very bad experience!
