Rates and Charges
-RM350 for 12 sessions.
-RM650 for 24 sessions.
-RM950 for 36 sessions.

Accountability! - Your trainer will help you to commit and become accountable not only to them, but also to yourself. Not only when you're together but also in between workouts.
Get Results! - Your time spent working out will be 100% effectively geared towards your goals. No more shooting in the dark guessing and wondering if you'll get results.
Motivation! - Having a professional by your side pushing you and encouraging you to give it everything you got. Keeping you going on those days you really aren't feeling up for it.
Injury Prevention! - Your trainer will guide you along to ensure you exercise safely and to maximize your results.
Please note that i work mostly at the gym around Wangsa Maju, Sri Rampai and Setapak area. You can also choose which gym that you prefer to workout at and i can come over and train you. If you have a complete sets of equipments at your place or condo facility, then you can also make it as your base gym for me to come over and train you as well. No problem!
It is important to stress that every one of my clients are different in age, in shape, in size and levels of fitness. Therefore, each person has a unique, bespoke programme tailored for them. I speak to all of my clients first to make sure we both understand what it is you want to achieve from hiring a personal trainer. Only then can we begin to create a program to suit your needs.
