Project Engineer Coordinator
Act as a primary point of contact to assist Section Heads / Head of Project Services / Project Manager to coordinate with Project Department and relevant parties.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor the communication between Project Department and external departments to ensure that servicing
• Provide technical / commercial assistance and advice to Section Heads and/or Project Manager in the assigned task.
• Responsible contract packages of Project Department to ensure compliance with all coordination related requirements.
• Direct report to Head of Project Services. Ensure / facilitate / coordinate on the project document system, contract engineering, procurement, logistic, drilling, subsurface, finance, IT etc.
• Prepare/coordinate on the presentation as required.
• Prepare/issue the weekly/monthly report as required.
• Be a focal point/contact point for both internal and external parties in order to receive and provide project construction plan/ongoing activities information and status.
• Able to initiate/coordinate the necessary meetings for department to department, to Shareholders and to MTJA.
• Coordinate work with TTM project and support any TTM’s project services related matter.
• Update manufacturer list and summit to MTJA (yearly or as required).
• Follow up all the necessary/outstanding matter with contractors in order to support Project Manager, Section Heads, engineers and other disciplines.
• Able to do self-manage interfacing Project Services works within the project department and external parties.

Requirement

• At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 Years in Process Plant Engineering, Procurement, and Construction related Minimum 8 years in engineering discipline or project engineering experience including at least 4 years in Offshore Oil and Gas Exploration and Production (E&P) business.
• Able to use Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
