It is modem+router. No need extra modem. got phone line and ethernet port

I'm pretty sure its just a wireless router rather than modem+router.

it only have 1 WAN port and 2 LAN port .

For everyone asking (from my reading last night), this is a router (without modem) that comes with 1TB harddrive build in; so, you can use it like a NAS. For example, put your blue ray movie it it, and stream the video to your android. The connection should be very fast because it use wifi 802.11ac.

You can access your file from other places too (as long as the router always connected to the internet) and it can run torrent client too.
