Wat worrying me is that Malaysian young college student also concern about property investment, tis is indeed dangerous.
My experience is :-
For student - Enter property mkt WITHOUT strong backup (fama) is 10X riskier than stock mkt
For student - Enter property mkt WITH strong backup (fama) is 2X safer than stock market
Student - Dun touch property!
