If u see a good property in good location n good pricing ,in my 2 cent opinion no harm buying if u don't have anything yet. After all u buy for own stay , market up or drop won't affected much to u. I still remember 1 tai kor say when market drop its take 100 more times difficult for u to decide. I strongly support for his statement. If you don't have guts to action now , I don't even think U have ball to go into ring when market drop..when market drop, not only the price will drop but at same time interest rate will increase + recession + high unemployment rate. There is more things for u to consider.
If u young and u think u can finance then just go ahead. Warrior create time, and don't have to wait for time born warrior coz u don't know when the time will come.
Courage is everything in investment and we must able to adjust ourself whether in good or bad time. Good time we buy bad time we also buy as long as it is a good deal.
Above all of coz must come with a safety margin and don't over stress yourself. Keep some on rainy day and I not mean dump all your life saving in property or I predict property price must go up or property is best form of investment. I open to any others investment as well beside property.
