I won't say 100% make money in property but my thinking direction will more toward to success ppl.
Example, some ppl in this thread keep saying spore n china property price start dropping and Malaysia will be next.

Ok my question again( so far nobody reply). Why Li ka shing sell china propety but keep propety in Malaysia ? And why Robert Kok inevest big land in iskandar?

Klang parade do a lot of renovation after bought over by him. Y he wants to buy since a lot of klang ppl said klang parade will die especially after got setia city mall.
Robert Kok invested land in JB. If not mistaken in yr 2011.
