I agree. Sign him and can still sign De Vrij or Indi and still have spare change.

i think he was shite. to many misplace passes.

but to be fair, the whole team not really turned out.

the commentator said before the match, if kagawa playing well, japan will be playing well. how true..

blind crosses were awesome. even not delivered accurately to his team mates, the balls still consistent and was put in dangerous places.

but spain not really testing him. spain played narrow and lvg deployed 3 cbs, made blind job a bit easier.

and some say, he's better as cdm.

everyone seems to be talking about blind's offensive more than his actual job, defender... We should look at martins indi more than blind at the moment..

Mana Kayu???

Blind is good because he is versatile. He can cover both LB and DM. And he costs way less than Shaw.

I think LvG wants a DM and an explosive winger. For DM, he wants Strootman. He can dictate the MF and drive the team. For winger, he wants Robben or Sanchez. Both fit the bill who can change the game with explosive run and score. At the moment, we only got Nani who could probably do this role. That is probably why till now he is not yet been sell. If we do not get anyone, Nani will be LvG explosive winger.

Kayu need to be sacked! For 3 major reasons:

1. Failure in transfer market, especially last min expensive buy of Fellaini.
2. Handling of DM sacking. News leaking.
3. Handling of Ferdinand. He deserves better!

I guess the whole team didn't play well, then. Hard to pin the blame on him alone. But they did mention that the climate in Brazil will not be suitable for their style of play. Spain also suffered the same fate.

To be honest, nobody knows what LvG wants. It's all speculation here, so let's not pass it off as fact.

And with regards to sacking Woodward, I think it would not be fair to him. He has done very well running the commercial side of business for Man Utd. He has just failed miserably on the football side. If he can get a Director of Football who can work well with LvG, I think that would be best for everyone involved.

How can Vermaelaen agree a deal with United if a fee with the club has not even been agreed yet? I thought the clubs are supposed to agree a fee first, then agree a deal with player then medical? Really fishy lar, these kinds of stories.

a non story, he is still contracted to arsenal. and no fee has been talked about. So no agreeing to anything until both clubs agree or if he is a free agent.
