I think the the playing is good and also the instrumental arrangements. But as for the vocal, that needs some work to be done. It surely needs some improvement. I noticed that it is not consistent, some part are loud then soft, as if the singer moved a couple of steps back away from the mic.

These may seem like a minor thing but if you wanna record a cover, make sure everything is good. The vocal should be as important as the way the instruments are being played. Otherwise, it would definitely affect the song as a whole. But, I will not deny the fact that the vocalist do have a good voice. Practice more and make sure the 'form' is right. Good luck and cheers!
