http://www.sony.com.my/section/servicecentres whats the difference betwwen sony service centre and authorised sony service? the nearest to me is authorised sony service only. Can chg the flap at there?

use es file explorer,and move the file to external sd card,or use pc to move the file.
It take quite a long time,but obb is faster since it is a file,some game have thousands of file which is locate in android/data which take many hours.

Don't know about that,but I do know sony centre not provide this service,when I went to sony centre at time square for replace the flap,people at there say they send it to Ixsun Sdn.Bhd which is at plaza berjaya.
I went to there and they change on the spot.

Will the games work after the files are moved? I'm ex samsung user,so last time I root my phone and used folder mount to moved the bob to sd card. And I just found out that this z ultra is so much harder to root compare to samsung.
Aiya,most probably cnt d lor. Anyway,saw lelong selling the flap for rm39. Do you think it is very hard to install ourselves?

The game will found the obb file,make sure you put in the right folder.
Obb file must be sdcard/android/obb/com.(game name).(something)/(something).obb
You can change it yourself,do it at your own risk!

due to too long thread, i hardly read each of them.

just wanna ask few question here.

1) will ZU start to show any lagging issue? (especially 1st hand user until now ) (normally android system start showing this symptom after 6 months use) and what i need to do to maintain the speed? i.e. use clear cache?

2) how about the night photography? my concern is because it does not has flash.

3) how about the flappy plastic which cover the usb port? will it start to show some loosing feel? im afraid of this because i used to be sony user and those cover always comes loose after certain period of time.

please advice.

1)the phone will lag if you have too many app running at the same time or install too many app,you may not notice but they're running in the background.And I haven't got any lagging issue with my phone since last year.

2)the night photograph is not good,since don't have the flash + the camera is not for taking photo in the dark.

3)You said you were sony user and you know those cover will come loose why you need ask again?
If you open close frequently it will actually come off,then you have to pay rm37 for replace a new one,or buy a magnetic charging dock for charging and keep the usb flap close.But if you not going to take your phone underwater you can keep the usb flap open.

i used to be sony user for K series which is long long time before smart phone come famous.LOL!!

RM1699 is ori set. normally if you buy it at Sony Centers, mobile partners or stores, they will bundle it with some freebies.

currently for Ori set will bundle with flip case and earphones. the earphones in the box are chap pa lang ones, so will be given a better one.

What case are you guys usinbg for your xperia zu? bumper or flip case?

Just ordered a love mei bumper. Btw wic bumper did u used? saw a review in the net saying love mei bumper feels like a cheap bumper.
