Why on WiFi all the time? If it was off you may get some extra hours.
*
i use mifi for mobile data, normal mobile data packages too little, i consume approx 8gb per month across my devices.

Best answer: Sony Centre in Berjaya Plaza... Fix it on same day... Today I spend hours running here and there to fix it... T_T

Yaa, only 20+ time then kaput already... Will forever keep it closed... Need it to last for another 2 years before get a new phone... :-I
*
Unfortunately, lifespan of any hp depends heavily on luck. 1 may get a faulty unit from the start, and or it goes kaput 1 week just after warranty doh.gif

The oem white magnetic cable seems to capable of crashing the Xperia Z Ultra if placed upside down. But I find it is a stupid excuse that a customer told me that he will place the charger wrongly in the dark. doh.gif

By common sense, if we know how to reach our phones in the dark, then you will have no reason to place the charger upside down. doh.gif
*
i did it once myself, was very drunk and in the dark. seem ZU will crash and resets itself (for mine, the time also reset)

Tried. So far so good. rclxms.gif

sometimes a certain sector in the memory card is faulty, means after you saved something there, its not letting you write on the same sector, hence you see your pictures even after you have deleted.

Time to shop for new memory card.

Yeah, got digital vector stiker on it. But now it works fine tho. Btw, Zu dont have smart cover function? hmm.gif
*
QUOTE(raymondtong94 @ Sep 12 2014, 12:50 PM)
No. The Z Ultra lacks a sensor for smart covers. Another alternative solution is use screen lock apps before closing the cover.
*
Actually can use apps to control the proximity sensor to lock the screen but some apps will drain battery.

Im using naked but I have a ribbon holding it so I have less worries. Still, it's better be safe than sorry.
By today, my Z Ultra had entered month 6. It's still going strong and the waterproofing is still secure. thumbup.gif  proud owner of a Sony smartphone.
*
thumbup.gif mine also naked with hand string but going to be 10months, thinking of changing another same unit just for the warranty (mine expires in Nov)

QUOTE(Xirality @ Sep 14 2014, 05:16 PM)
Why do you remove it? My last Z Ultra have a glass protector and god it is heavy.
*
Its just a perception of heavy, the glass SP is only like extra 10g

QUOTE(raymondtong94 @ Sep 14 2014, 05:19 PM)
There's a long scratch on the film. cry.gif
I should had temporarily stick a normal film before using it.

Thinking about flying to China, find OEM ASF and install it on my baby.
*
i doubt you can reinstall back the ASF. let put it this way, i m sure you have put on normal screen protector before, surely there will be dust and needs to be removed by tape.. The ASF is a 1 time application, once you apply you cannot pull it back up. there will be bubbles, dust and i doubt you'll be happy. if i was you, i'll wait till about 10-11months old, sell off and get a new unit, with extra warranty.

I wonder how those ppl who are using the phone naked can bear with the fingerprints+smudges ath the back glass of the phone. hmm.gif  I really cnt bear it. lol
*
my back SP is scratchy, so i cant see fingerprints laugh.gif , i think the only way is dont look, as your fingers are always behind when you hold the phone, no point wiping every few minutes

mine is covered with glass sp and that makes it worse. I tried using naked but end up wiping the phone every few minutes. At last i put on a transparent back case and the glass sp is just wasted lidat. biggrin.gif
