Yo guys, I've just returned back from New Zealand, and I started playing guildwars while I was there. Great to see there's quite a number of fellow players here. I currently have all the guildwars except proph, LOL. Talk about playing the game backwards.

Anyways I was wondering where I might be able to buy a copy of Proph here, anywhere around KL or Ipoh would be good, and how much should I be expecting to pay for it? Previously all my GW stuff I bought direct thru PlayNC, but for now I haven't got a M'sian credit card set up yet so yeah.

Currently I'm mostly working on remaking my assassin after he accidentally got deleted by lil bro at new years time >.>

I'm usually online in GW on weekends, cuz I'm hostelling and so far I haven't figured out a way to enable GW to play over my college network, so I only get to play at home.

Btw to Alvirous, I'm not sure what manner of distribution will be employed for GW2, although I think its very likely that they will still use d2d, we might have to anticipate a rather huge download ^^;

I got the CD key for prophecies for RM50 from the excellent Chessmaniac. He said he got em from his supplier off eBay. You can try PM-ing him if you need any campaigns/mission pack. For me it was a bargain and he's quite fast and efficient in trading. Good luck.

Or alternately, you can try looking on eBay.com if you got PayPal / Credit Card, which you probably do since you got the game from PlayNC

I think the graphics remained pretty much the same in terms of technical quality but I do find the outdoors environment to be one of the more stunning ones compared to others in the series. Likely due to the type of terrain they had in mind for the EotN world being a nice blend of 'shiny-ness' (the ice and snow) and vivid colors

lol yea..usually if my status says 'away' that's my lil bro on my account cuz he's helping me to farm or do Zaishen stuff..lols..just afraid he might say or do random stuff when ppl think it's me online when it's him..

Anyways it is true about ppl not so willing to invest in GW as tanleeseng said, I myself took a couple of months to consider getting my first GW campaign..I just think theres no better time than now to have a go for those who are interested since the free trials are up now..theres nothing to lose except maybe some time to dl the files..take my word for it, you won't regret it yo

I am dying to get back in GW lol..the week after next hopefully!

Nah mate, you'd need at least one standalone campaign (either Prophecies, Factions, of Nightfall) and then EoTN on top of that in order to play EoTN.
Cuz EoTN is only an expansion pack, it can't run by itself. BTW yes it is the latest release for Guild Wars, if that's what you meant by patch. Just get it mate, gonna be worth every penny spent
