my advice.. if u want jump to dslr go straight to Nikon D80 and u will feel a HUGE diffrent .. dont go for d40x cuz it feels like almost the same as ur S5 .. hehe

bought it for rm4200 complete set with tripod+bag+filter etc
at the International shop (pertama complex 2nd floor) see for Desmond or Sushi(cute girl) .. really recomended place to grab a camera but not the accesories..
