Despite my more cautious approach, I did make a couple of purchases.....

I think it's a wise move.
Properties prices should hold ....
developer cost of land bank have increased over the years...
building material costs are high....
labor costs too.....

So if I am guessing....
there is a chance that we will see a market where prices remain relatively firm ...... despite slower sales......
