I eat kampong kai al the time in Indon.. where they are REALLY plentiful...

Must know how to cook to remove the toughness... usually they steam first then only fry..really good.

The taste of the meat is much sweeter than normal broiler chicken...

The first one also steam, but dont know why tough. Second one, was much better and quite tasty.

One more thing good about kampong kai is less fats on the chicken itself.

No artificial feed, antibiotics, growth hormone, pesticide, flu shots, GMO....

The volumes clearly indicated all those stocks (which co incidentally all had rotten fundamentals) were well MANAGED....

so what the big deal if it goes crashing down?

Why need to highlight these badly 'managed' stocks?

Attract buyers so that the managers can dump ah?
