There's no limit to what Torment level you are on, it's a community that allows you to 'rift' it forward, regardless of Torment. But at the same time, we can organize full/semi-rift runs in addition to rifting-it-forward.

I need HC rift it forward...
 even with existing community the hc rift it forward is way too inefficient. |

I would love to join local rift it forward if there is one.
The rift it forward US one is pretty awesome, i do join from time to time. also hoping for some help to do power leveling for my low level wiz. |
