Yeah, of course I've consider MI4 wink.gif
I need a good camera phone and it seems G2 are having good reviews for this area all around. One year old but specs are still very good
MI4's camera is so so only and no LTE

I've used both and I can tell u no point changing from mi3 to G2, they are both Snapdragon 800 phones. Lte is marginal improvement in real life, as we seldom utilise it. When u sell the mi3 to change u will lose rm200-300 depreciation, then buy a LG G2 around rm1k. Maybe u end up spending extra rm500 just for a minor upgrade. Better to keep your phone and save up for the next generation.

If u have a bit more budget opt for G3 instead, prices have dropped since few months ago. If value for money wise there are many more options now compared to few months back when Mi3 and G2 were the main value for money phones.

Try out Nexus 5 for smaller size, Oneplus One for bigger ones or even ZTE n7 Mini/ Max, Mi4, Meizu MX4.

Before G2 I was using Mi3, then sold G2 for Z Ultra, after that another Z Ultra LTE, then Mi3 again, then finally few sets of Oneplus One.

If I didnt have a phone and my budget is RM1.2k and below, here are my personal reference and why :-

1. Meizu MX4 - Bezels even smaller than G2 and has a larger screen at 5.36in. 20mp Sony camera, 3100mah battery. Price 1799 yuan approx RM900
2. Nexus 5 - Smooth as silk phone until today, camera only 8mp with OIS but performs well for daily use. Always the latest Android - RM1k
2. (tied) Oneplus One - Latest Snapdragon 801 with 16/64mb and 3GB ram, frequent updates for Cynogenmod, good front and rear camera, RM1k onwards
4. ZTE nubia N7 Mini/Max - almost similar specs with Oneplus One and pricing, only lower 2GB Ram but has Dual Sim.

many choices for your money. G2 is ok, but many new phones have better value for money today.

It's camera not on par with mi4 and meizu. Construction not as good as mi4. It's more of a mid spec phone. G2 still better.
