My situation is the same like you. I got matrikulasi but I think I'm going for STPM. Did you print the form online from MOE website? I printed it but I sent it along with relevent documents to my school instead. My teacher doesn't seems to know much about this, she asked me where is this documents supposed to be i told her that according to the website it says that it needs to be sent to the old school for approval etc. I left the document with my teacher at old school.HOWEVER, I forgot to mention an important detail. Btw do you know when is the second intake for form 6? When will the appeal result will be, because registration date is 25th May do you think I should go register for matrikulasi first while waiting for form 6 second intake?
