Cant think of anything but this. If your intake is 30g protein per day, your max build will be muscle that sustainable by 30g protein. You wont get money if you don't work.

you want 1+0.2 so u get 1.2 instead of 2.

i don't understand, you want muscle but u don't want to take protein...
are you allergic to protein?
meats and egg and soy bean all got protein...how you want to avoid?

Protein is the base of muscles building . It is practically what forms u and all of living organisms . If u don't consume enough protein ur body wont recover properly hence poor muscle development and recovery.

one egg and light meat (as in lean meat?)
well most likely u won't get any muscle
during my lose weight period, i still eat fish, beans, peas etc in very low portion, the result, i lose muscle.
