1. Beastermaster killed the King of Slom (by animal stampede) who ordered the death of Lycanthrope's family and his transformation.
2. The Legion of the Dead God, the killers of the Turstarkuri Monks who made Anti-Mage swear to destroy magic users are also responsible for making Undying how we know him (perhaps Undying is one of the attackers of the Turstarkuri).
3. Mentioned by his rival lines and Viper's lore suggests that Pugna is the wizard that held Viper captive, it's possible Pugna's current state was caused by Viper.
4. Warlock, Disruptor and Axe are all one race, the Oglodi (Warlock probably being some sort of Oglodi albino or just does not get enough sunlight).
5. Centaur Warrunner's home, Omexe is in the same region Disruptor, Axe and Warlock some from. Druud.
6. The Ultimyr Academy, whom Warlock is the curator of, has a book about the zealot scarab, Nyx Assassin's race.
7. Visage and Razor both come from the Underscape, although Visage's rival lines suggest Razor has a lot less authority than Visage and should be in the Underscape at all times.
8. Visage and Lion seem to have an unhealthy relationship, due to Lion's visit to Hell mentioned in his lore.
9. Naga Siren and Slardar are both Slithereen that are tasked with protecting 'the Deep Ones' treasure.
10. Naga Siren's motive according to her lore is to retrieve a chalice stolen from the Deep Ones by the Levianths, Tidehunter's race.
11. Kunkka and Tidehunter have probably the greatest rivalry in the game, and yet it's not exactly sure why they hate each other in the first place.
12. Rubick acknowledges Invoker as the 'Arsenal Magus'. It's possible he was one of the Magus that Rubick fought in his lore.
13. The Hoven, the huge woodland that Clinkz comes from is at the base of the Bleeding Hills, which is where Shadow Shaman comes from.
14. Dazzle is the cause of Huskar's powers and he was originally intended to be used as a weapon for Dazzle and his people.
15. Doom Bringer, Shadow Fiend and Shadow Demon have a strange connection. They speak to each other in a demonic language.
To add to this according to all three's rival lines the following can be deducted:
Shadow Fiend has some sort of debt to pay to Shadow Demon
Shadow Fiend refers to Shadow Demon as some sort of master
Shadow Demon was some sort of puppet to Doom Bringer
Doom Bringer refers to Shadow Fiend as a weakling, and worthless
16. Mirana and Luna both worship and fight for the moon Goddess, Selemene.
However when Luna kills Mirana, it is revealed she is secretly always wanted to kill her and take her place.
17. Lina and Crystal Maiden are sisters. SHOCKER
18. Puck can apparently understand Wisp and describes it as bold.
19. Puck has been to Clazureme (Faceless Void's homeworld) and mentions to him that his people were glad to be rid of him (although this could be false).
20. Wisp, Chaos Knight, Keeper of the Light and Enigma are 'Fundamentals', apparent founders of the Dota 2 Universe.
Enigma also mentions Keeper to be the weakest of the four and Chaos Knight to be the strongest.
21. Chaos Knight is in an endless search for Keeper of the Light in an attempt to destroy all light.
22. Dragon Knight apparently is aware that Lina enslaves Dragons and frowns upon her doing so.
23. It seems Treant knows who Nature's Prophet is when he says "Greetings, little tree" in an affectionate tone.
24. Lone Druid also knows who Nature's Prophet is and shows disbelief when he kills him.
25. Medusa seems to know Zeus, and his brothers.
