may i know what is the rate of sms and call? cos yesterday i send sms to other celcom number(not 8pax) and the rate is 1cent (by checking the balance) and to other network it cost me 20cents. any1 can help me to clarify this?

but i already checked my balance before and after sms to non-xpax celcom number. and it really showed that the credit only deduct by just 1cent.. i juz dont have the idea cos new to xpax.

i think it's not celcom users that facing this prob only, im using maxis and got the same prob also. send 5, 4 failed.. slightly ok la then celcom.. hohoho!
