Here's the deal dude....

Use ur current pospaid account as Primary number for 1+3. Register one supp line under this account. U will receive a SIM card for this supp line. Give this SIM to ur gf. Then, ur gf can either switch the SIM or buy a new cheap phone for the supp line. From here, either of you can call/SMS/video call each other for free for 24/7.

Since ur usage is RM60 max, then don't register for Celcom Exec Plan (CEP). But, even if you do register under CEP, u still can signup for 1+3 as well.

PowerTools has many plans which in the end cost you definitely more than RM5/month for the extra privileges. 1+3 plan is only RM5/month/SIMcard. Of course, always remember there will be 5% government tax on every bill. I wonder, this coming GE will 'eliminate' this 5% 'Government' tax.

Conclusion, if you just want to talk to ur gf all day long, 1+3 is way better than PowerTools.

You can subscribe to 1 + 3 under CEP plan. My father just changed from minutes (main line) to CEP with 1 supplementary line.

Celcom is getting quite competitive nowadays.

I agree with you. Maxis charges RM10 for its so called Value plus such as Extra Five. I cannot see the logic why maxis postpaid customers which traditional is backbone to maxis should be charged for something hotlink users are given free.

I cannot help but get irritated that Maxis gives so many goodies to Hotlink customers but we postpaid customers are being milked every cents....

where is the tnc? CEP can be used with 1+3

This Plan is not a stand alone plan and MUST be attached to Minutes Postpaid as a Principal line and shall be registered under Principal's name

oo, I am using CEP as Main line, 1+3 as sub, just call 1111 to change only

well, I do read the FAQ that Minutes can be converted to CEP without any charges

anyway, CEP rate "cheaper" than C250 as well as it did not limit to Minutes only, mininum usage still stay at RM50, but you get to use the RM50 to video call, sms and etc, which is better

okay, guys .. i got a XPAX with the number i wanted. and am going to switch it to postpaid CEP . how much should i pay for the deposit and how does the process going ?

migrated after 4 years as a maxis user
mainly because of coverage
but CEP is not bad 0.15/min though
although digi offer is the best at 0.13/min

but 0.15/min + good coverage at my place
i go for the second best   

maxis is rm0.30 for 1 minutes at the plan 80 right ?
because its shown there 15cents for 30second per block ..

Yes, really. I didn't know the RM 50 reloaded in my account.
I reload RM 30 at different time.
Yup, I think I spend more RM 70 only for this month. Usually I spend only RM 30 every month.
