I wonder what are the calling blocks now. Is it still charged at 30-sec blocks or is it 15 or 20-sec blocks now?

shakehead. this is another of celcom undoing. i can see the number of their postpaid customers will continue to shrink.

there 250minutes plan is RM 30 only.. not RM 50... but.. extra minutes cost 30sen!!!! extra sms cost 10sen!!!!!!

just called careline.. they say RM 50 package remain.. no changes.. dunno good or bad news.. not RM 30.. it's RM 50..

why cant they just follow DIGI/ Maxis in their billing?
maxis connection fee waived, stamp duty waived, first bill you ONLY pay the PRo-rate for the previous month. The current month will be billed to you NEXT MONTH. and they tell you that u only need to pay upfront deposit of RM100.. but what i like about maxis is they are CLEAN. you dont feel cheated.

RM30 plan is for people who dont use that LINE to call out--->
this person/office/business use that line to get incoming calls only!
example--> 0197552525<--- call this number to order roti canai delivered to your table free... so they get to keep their 12year old number but pay a low fee

About power pack 38,if we SMS for Rm50 totally didn't make any call how much shall we pay ? Rm50 or Rm38+ 50 ar? A bit confuse what commitment fee really means!
Another question,If we call for Rm60. How much shall we pay? Rm60 or Rm38+Rm60 ?

The package I am using now is actually for corporate customers i.e. staff of corporate customers.

Access Fee = RM28.00/mth
Celcom to Celcom (local/same area) = RM0.10/min
Celcom to Celcom (other areas) = RM0.25/min
Celcom to other operators (nationwide) = RM0.25/min

I only use it because they gave me a nice number (FOC) ending with 000.  For making calls, I am using the iTalk Mobile which is fixed at RM0.25/min to mobile nationwide.  This way, I only pay the monthly access fee.

Why don't you check out the Celcom PowerTools18 which has access fee of RM18.00/mth.  Of course you will have to pay for the call charges.
If you select the PowerTools38 then there is no access fee and the amount goes towards your calls.
