i just bought new xpax.
may i know what is the rate of sms and call? cos yesterday i send sms to other celcom number(not 8pax) and the rate is 1cent (by checking the balance) and to other network it cost me 20cents. any1 can help me to clarify this? |

how can i activate 3g? I just got xpax prepaid, the RM 10 one, 019xx, is it sufficient?
or is there any procedure should I go? location at melaka..  thanks in advance. edit: if i want to join any data plan, do i need to be postpaid? any requirement? since i'm a foreigner, is there any additional charges? i'm really confused i can't find any celcom branch near my place, can someone pinpoint me?
