Wow 2 rooms unit left less than 5, whatsapp/call 017-574 0554 to know which one

few things to look out for when u assess a property/project, look at market catalysts etc

1) Location, how far frm highway/the main road/cbd area or outskirt/near lrt ktm or bus station/any new station in future to push up price,near college/university

2) Amenities/Facilities-how convenient,is it mixed dvlpmnt with retail downstair,how far frm nearest mall,gym,pool,convenient store,car park,garden

3) Design-Old or new,how nice

4) Securities-how mny tier

5) Branding-dvlpr track record,if newbie how promising,if 1,2,3,4 ok branding ok

6) Competitor-how mny similar projects or type nearby to absorb supply, what makes a product better, hv u heard a story buyer assured KLCC few what happen when receive key rhe view fully block by a new development!

7) Other market catalysts-new college/a set of companies with professionals or buildings nearby

8) Is the pricing lower or above the surrounding market, no point project is damnn good but other condo selling 600psf u r selling 900psf

Lets be realistic here, trust me im an agent in 2018 u cant get a descent condo at 1,500 per month with at least 2 rooms, unless its a flat or lousy apartment

1500 for partly furnish is decent. fully furnish usually additional 300 to 600 depends furniture given. look at pearl point rental is really good for an old condo.

Agent, they were talking abo worth to invest(rental) or not.
You should predict the loan interest rate in 2018 with your crystal ball as well.
Can the predicted loan interest cover by the predicted rental?
