As of 03-Dec-2011, for postpaid numbers, the code to

1)check your credit balance (or what MAXIS calls UNBILLED USAGE) is *100*7*1*2#
2)check your outstanding amount (unpaid amount) is *100*7*1*1#

BTW, both of these codes can be saved to your phonebook for your convenience.

*109# and #109# do not seem to work for Hotlink voicemail anymore

and under the main *100# menu, the only option for voicemail is Activate

anyone have alternative codes?

telco make pots of money out of voicemail already, yet it seems some still want to make it as difficult as possible to switch it off

I'd suggest using My Hotlink online account to check balance.

I'm receiving less and less call from my friend everyday after activate the voicemail
Until now I also still don't know how to deacticate the voicemail.

how to check credit balance on postpaid ( MAXIS )

For android user can try check balance app from play store. Very useful for maxis and digi user.

For postpaid user, the code is just follow the menu number. For example.
The menu showed after key in *100#, item no. 9 is "My Account". Then after enter 9, item no. 1 is "Billing Info". Then after enter 1, items listed are

1. Current & outsatnding balance
2. Unbilled payment
3. Payment history

So, the code to access those item quickly will be

OUTSTANDING BALANCE *100*9*1*1#
UNBILLED AMOUNT *100*9*1*2#
PAYMENT HISTORY *100*9*1*3#

You can save in your phonebook to access it quickly.

Just remember to continue it with * and close it with #.
