*109# and #109# do not seem to work for Hotlink voicemail anymore
and under the main *100# menu, the only option for voicemail is Activate
anyone have alternative codes?
telco make pots of money out of voicemail already, yet it seems some still want to make it as difficult as possible to switch it off

have to ask the Customer Service to cancel your voicemail
can email them at customercare@maxis.com.my
