Yes, the device build in with standard GooglePlay store. You could download apps from the Store.

As I known 6 months ago, Astro On the Go only support Samsung and IPad only, I am not sure they have improved this now.

Yes, we shipped to Singapore as well via EMS or normal parcel.

EMS is RM58 and normal parcel is RM35 as per below link :

You can access network share folder from media center or from ES Explorer -> LAN. If your windows shared folder enable correctly then you should be able to see from Media center or ES Explorer easily.
