U are now obviously friendzoned by her. She know u love her, and from what i read, she want you to do your work to win her. My suggestion is, try playing push and pull instead of letting her being dominance in ur relationship / bossing u around. As a guy, we don't realize that we already have that powerful tool to get out from being friendzoned which is called 'incidental touch'. Why i called it incidental touch is because you don't want to make it too obvious that you want to touch her (eg, hitting her shoulder or compliment her nail (touch)).

Rule of thumb take 3 second to keep your hand at hers (Pull) before letting it go + totally angling from her (Push). Never mention it again and never apologize for that incidental touching or you'll ended up in awkward moment. Repeat the process with your own creativity. Remember to follow this step. 2 step forward, 1 step back. Its like fishing. Hook, reel, release till u got her.

I think you are moving very slowly, playing it as safe as u want.

I saw huge effort to win her, and lots of reward. And brader, u no need to seek for her validation sometime, all you have to do is to lead her. She'll be more impressed with your dominance rather than your biceps. You may begin with correcting your body posture like shoulder to the back and ur head straight. See Tom Cruise

Never ignore the friend she bring along. Win her friend to, because she'll help you in the long run. Do as many activities as you can together, explore the new one, as ppl usually feel bored if always went to Isetan and Isetan and Isetan. And if only you know the trick, she'll be the one who confess her love to you before you do so. Explore and be brave to try something new. Logic is illogical and vice versa, when it comes to attracting girls.
