Hi, I am looking to setup 40 fix up, May I know which local vps provider is more reliable?

I did try unifi but they said maximum I can get is 5 fixed ip 😔. I don’t have Time here. Just unifi available in my area. I googled and found VPS Malaysia, are they good?
