Heya guys,

Just recently got a job offer from Singapore. (from malaysia)

Will be working there with just the work permit. But I just want to ask, some of my friends told me about how employers will sometimes give the 14% of what they're suppose to give as cpf (as non PR/Non-Singaporean dont need right) as cash/allowance with the base pay. is that usually the case? (i guess i could just call HR tomorrow to ask >.<)

Depends on company, there is no standard. I guess the bigger the company you work for the more likely it will encash you the CPF portion.
