Rental: 1 ppl $700, 2 ppl $850
Date of move in: October
Preferable: Malaysian Chinese, Non-smoker
PUB, WIFI, washing machine, heater included, light cooking allowed.

Notes: Not staying with owner, less than 3 minutes can reach wet market, Giant, Ghim Moh food court
