Other than pullups, what do you guys do for lats? Since i'm working out at home, i only have the pullup bar, ex curl bar and pair of dumbbells. I don't really like doing pullups because i cant pull myself up, i've to use stool to support which i find it kinda boring. So what do you guys do for your lats? Saw this http://www.bodybuilding.com/exercises/deta...arbell-pullover Anyone tried this before? Is it better to use heavy weight low reps or low weights high reps for bigger lats? Mind sharing me your workout routine for lats?

Mind sharing me your workout routine for lats? definitely work around the weight which u manage to do 8-12 reps.bent over row with to dumbbell, single dumbbell row 8-12 reps too. to achieve ur pullup, the assisted with stool to go up first then make the lowering part as a rep. make your frame stronger and eventually be able to do the proper pullup. chinup is easier with the palm facing inside toward your face, if u can manage chin up, u'll get to pullup soon enuff. |
