Type of camera/lens/accesories : I know nothing about camera really, wanted to get α camera which doesn't necessary need to change lens.

Type of photography u want to do : normal selfie, take pic of baby, travelling to maldives and Europe soon (honeymoon), so need α camera which is good for outdoor and selfie, cos hardly to get someone to take pic for me when ✈ to maldive.
Any specific models in mind? : ex2f, nr1000, rx100, 5n or please suggest.
Any specific features u want? : simply the best! For α noob like me ==

nowadays the mobile phone camera is getting better and better. might as well get a sony z series for dust/water proof for maldive.
at least you won't keep it in the drawer for long long time after the trip and it's easier to sell too....

Agree with u! Experia Z is a good choice too after Note 3. Water proof. Specially she wan to go Maldive, can use Experia Z to shoot under water photo while diving or snockeling.

since here all suggested phones instead. i'll suggest lumia 1020 or the galaxy s5. XD

ok ok~ jokes aside, i do recommend the rx100 ii if can increase budget abit more.

i do recommend x100.u can get new set for rm2k.much better than rx100 ii

U mean the x100 that takes a million years to lock focus x100?

I'd rather pay money to get the rx100mk2 if its this 2 were the only choice and the x100 is free (of cos I could get the free one and then sell it off for cash -if someone would buy it) *trollfeed*

Thanks for the suggestion, I just get my nex 5t, I'm actually going to new Zealand for α month after maldives, so camera is kind of important to me to take α good pictures
