Anyone heard of the project Good View at Sungai Long? Got 2 1/2 storey terrace and 2 storey semi D. It's developer is Sejati Avenue Sdn Bhd. Good buy?

It's not located at palm walk. It's located behind the sekolah kebangsaan sungai long.

The 2 1/2 storey is 22 x 80 and semi D is 35 x 80.

I don't know the location of Taming 2 bungalow. The project is located at the hill behind the sungai long school and also the upcoming Chinese school. Price starting from close to RM1 mil onwards.

Ok. Got the price. 2 1/2 storey terrace with built up area of 3,360 sq ft selling at RM988,800 and semi D with built up of 2,670sq ft selling at RM1,268,800. Btw, the project is gated & guarded.

Surrounding environment quite impressed. Got new townhouses and small terrace houses some more.
This 2.5 storey & semi D already completed?

semi-dee there are are other options closer to highway entrance @ tmn rakan,

Tropicana Cheras @ 1.7 onwards,
Suria Villa @1.45 onwards,
Surian Tropika @ 1.6-1.7 onwards..

I think the 2.5 terrace and semi D are expected to be ready by end this year. There is also a small lake in the area for some exercise.

They will start selling those units are 80% complete. Normally SHL style are like that. You won't worry about those under construction will run away.

BTW Sejati build 2 1/2 storey instead 3 storey & if not mistake finish selling already. Now they sell Semi D only.

This development weak point is mix up with low cost town house . Seeing many of the
Unit rent out to those lower class tenant . Next
