Hi guys,

To keep the story short. There is a guy named B who is a psycho that has imaginations that I am chasing after a girl he likes, A. When I reach certain states, B knows and whatsapp/ message me of such.

He has made lots of intimidating messages, but did not explicitly mention the word “I will kill you” which the police said is necessary for a police report. A is currently avoiding him too.

I believe he is tracking me. He has my Facebook as well as my Maxis number. My friends say Maxis has a “friend finder app” that can trace me. I am planning to see a lawyer as well as Maxis centre to find out more.

I don’t plan to block him on my number as he will find other more threatening ways to locate me anyway.
Below are my questions:

1) What other ways he is using to track me? I can think of Facebook, Maxis, Google as well as car. http://www.makeuseof.com/tag/how-to-trace-...oogle-latitude/
Any other ways?
2) I was told in Malaysia there is no restraining order (which I find very odd) and the police say I don’t have a case unless he threatens me (such as “I am going to smash your face”/ “kill you” etc). Going to court might prove futile but I am talking to a lawyer friend soon about this.
3) What kind of weapon I can use? A taser is banned in Malaysia but I want a weapon that is as strong as this.

get a lawyer, arrange with the lawyer to get a court restraining order

if he still doing it, the court will deal with him easily after that

police here are lazy unless you manage to find the proper personnel, lawyers are much more helpful in going through the red tapes.

to get a court restraining oder, u have to get a strong reason complete with the valid reason. court will not do that easily.

* i dont think you can avoid him if you are exposed in the social network

Therefore with fb, disable fb geotagging function

While whatsapp and other IM services, try turn off mobile data and wifi
so you can choose to when and where to go online

maxis friend finder app must have YOUR authorization. If you didn't authorize then he would not be able to track you.

if you want to find out how he track you, you need to eliminate all the ways he could do so one by one. For example, disable your location tracking in your mobile phone. Only turn on for certain apps that you must have. Don't do foursquare check in and facebook check ins.

Hi, I used FriendFinder previously. If that person wants to track you via FriendFinder, an SMS requesting permission would be sent to you and if you accept it, then only he can access your location anytime. But anyhow if you want to know who can access your location, sms LISTOK and if you want to block him from searching you then sms BLOCK <his phone number, add a 6 in front>. Send these sms to 22001.

Most common, friend in telco can tell roughly where u are based on tower location. I would write to the telco to make sure but normally without police report.. hmm. a bit hard.

Sometimes a bully need to face hard facts in real life. There are bigger fish.

If he is really a pyscho.. they are not far from their prey and their first modus operandi is mental torture tactics by messaging u etc and saying they know this and that.

Ignore him is the best solution. Bigger fish to pounce some hard reality to him is the Awesome solution.
