That short bus, is ok, I mean nothing extraordinary haha. Due to its length (9 m) it is often used in 'T' routes (housing areas).

Standard RapidKL bus is usually 12 m long.

Length. Standard bus is 12 m long, whereas this SKS SA9 is 9 m long.

SKS SA9 is most often seen in T routes (housing areas, suburbs) while some did run in trunk routes (U), especially from Universiti LRT station.

Is SKS a Malaysian company?

Yes.

Actually majority of buses here (also in RapidKL) are locally fabricated, with imported chassis.

What platform/engine SKS usually use?

Actually, that Mercedes in that photo, if not mistaken, built by SKS.

If nowadays, they do produce their own chassis, with engine options such as Isuzu or Hino.

Oh, because in mind I always though SKS only build the coach
