This type of fan's blade can be straight away push off from d fan's frame

if not mistaken, removing the blade with force is never a good thing as you will scratch or damage the bearings because you dont have proper mechanism to push it out vertically......if you just pull out like that, it will put excessive force on some parts of the bearings and will probably damage it...Beside d step posted by Mr. Sniper, actually there r also another type of fan which can be dismantle more easier

this type of locking mechanism is longer available in production, these are really old models
