packet loss issue

so the issue is lagging, somewhere 2 weeks ago it started.
i dont have any lag issue before. currently using streamyx 4mb no slow connection problem when streaming videos or browsing but no lag issue when i play at my other home with unifi 5mb Anyone know how to diagnose this problem? Attached thumbnail(s)

i think u already answered ur own question?
unifi is fine, and streamyx is not... 5mb unifi upload bandwidth is 5mb. 4mb streamyx upload bandwidth is 512k. and since ur getting packet loss out, i'm guessing someone else is also sharing ur line... also dont use wifi if u already are. |
