i think u already answered ur own question?
unifi is fine, and streamyx is not...

5mb unifi upload bandwidth is 5mb.
4mb streamyx upload bandwidth is 512k.

and since ur getting packet loss out, i'm guessing someone else is also sharing ur line...
also dont use wifi if u already are.
