it really depends on how severe the case is and where you are, if its a simple twisted ankle or even a broken ankle carrying someone to the car should be fine(yet i somehow managed to F-up getting my friend to the hospital with a broken ankle, gg bone was sticking up against the skin looked horrible). if its a stroke where moving the patient can send him/her into shock call 999 first, and ask for a no BS eta, if you can get to the hospital 10 minutes before the emt's arrive then go otherwise wait.

also... what if you dont have a car lol. man it up and hump it down the road till you find a clinic/hospital?
depends how far into labour she is, if her water just broke you can probably get her to the hospital in your car with no issues.

you dont want to have her in late labour while you're stuck in traffic, she'd be clawing at you while you drive and pushing the baby out onto your car floor, all the while cursing you for putting her through the pain of child birth.
like i said, it depends on how severe the case is.

wahlau.... all your case is like shocking.gif . Dont even touch those bone sticking out thingy, they have the correct way to lift up those patient who broke their thigh bone or something like that.

Try swinging when you do your push ups, if you find it easy. Open your arms extra wide, and go down all the way to 1 side. The arm on that side should be bent right next to your ribs, while the other arm should be straight out perpendicular to your body. Push up using the bent arm, keeping the other arm straight all the time. Don't cheat by bending that arm. Go down to the other side, and repeat. I CANNOT do this properly yet. Have fun biggrin.gif

Haha...then you're doing the swinging one wrong. It's actually almost 1 handed, with your other arm as balance, and minimal support.
