i had very bad experience with the PJ Ford SC, very pissed off to their customer service everytime i visit.
i booked my service in the morning 8.30a.m, the staff only came in at 9am+, i wasted 2 hours to wait for my turn, what for i made the booking? and they called me that i can collect my car at 3pm, wasted another 2 hours to wait for my car ready.

Thats why i'm hands off for ford cars.
