i had very bad experience with the PJ Ford SC, very pissed off to their customer service everytime i visit.
i booked my service in the morning 8.30a.m, the staff only came in at 9am+, i wasted 2 hours to wait for my turn, what for i made the booking? and they called me that i can collect my car at 3pm, wasted another 2 hours to wait for my car ready.

Thats why i'm hands off for ford cars.

If just regular scheduled maintenance, just send it to other smaller SCs, they can attend to you sooner.

I only send to SDAC PJ if I have something to claim, yes the waiting time is terrible and the staff seldom update you on the status. I always have to call them and often find out that my car was ready for collection hours ago but the SA never call me.

Yesterday I sent my car to SDAC PJ for 30k km service + brake rotor replacement + TCM update, hand over at 8.40am, got my car around 2pm.

Only good drivers will understand.

Normal drivers will be like, 15 mins? Who cares? I do it in 1 hour and still get to go casino.

I'm surprise the SC actually entertain you for a cracked windscreen! Anyway, this is what windscreen insurance is for.

BTW, security tint are not applied on the front windscreen, only on the side windows.

Update: All the problems has been rectified by only changing the faulty ABS sensor. RM900++ at SC.
