Im currently fading my n&f.

And the poison of raw denim to me keep getting stronger.

I plan to buy other brands such as samurai ,evisu no.1, momotaro, flathead, sugarcane..

But...how would some one can have those collection. We need time to break and fade each jeans.

If some of u who have a lot of raw denim collection. Can u share how u do it?

Unless really lasak activity everyday. Haha. I guess for raw denim world it is slow and steady

Planning to buy another denim next month, still can't decide whether to go for another sammy (S510xx19oz or S0510xx) or Studio d'artisan 101. But i like the S510xx19oz black arc back pocket, already have the normal arc.

guys, any opinion on uniqlo recent launched selvedge jeans which priced at Rm149?

last time, when i first searching for lower end selvedge jeans, end up buying in Burton menswear ,feel the quality and the cutting at this pricing was quite nice. was the brand good -how do you guys think?

quite true. my uniqlo selvedge is from kaihara denim thou its made in china...

It is raw if the denim is unsanforized (other terms used are loom state / shrink-to-fit) & sanforized. Even one washed denim offered by most Japanese brands can still be considered as raw.

As for color, not all raw denim is dark. Some has slightly lighter hues. This depends on the number of indigo dips the denim went through during dying process.

Weight is not a factor to determine whether the denim is raw or not. Even 7oz denim is still as raw as the 25oz .
