for the time being, I think the furthest you should go is Seminyeh.

If you really want to go further down, better places are like Nilai / Seremban / Sepang. Stick to more established Towns

Diamond City - sales not Not Good, cos still got new banners promoting the sales. Not saying its only RM750K++ and heard its 15% rebate from SPA price

Tiara East - same story - still have units available

IOI Bangi - Condo are doing okay, landed still have units. But unfortunately, its difficut to get BKT in that part of Bangi
